External third parties as well as employees can report suspected violations to us with a notification. You are free to choose whether you want to make your report with your name or completely anonymously. In either case, your report will be given equal attention. It will not be possible to trace the report back to you, provided you do not provide any data that would allow conclusions to be drawn about your person. The following reporting form will guide you through the process.

After your initial report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you and your concerns, through which VERBIO will remain in dialogue with you anonymously. You will help VERBIO greatly if you activate this mailbox. Please keep the access data you have been given for further correspondence not only available for yourself, but also secret from access by third parties.
